Uncorked Rebellion offers the sale of wine and other goods through our website. The following conditions apply to all sales made at www.uncorkedrebellion.com
Orders placed on the website may only be shipped to UK addresses. We do not currently send products overseas. Items for sale through the online shop are subject to availability, and we will always try to indicate if items are currently out of stock.
All online orders must be paid by credit card or debit card.
All sales from this website are subject to English law.
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By clicking ‘Checkout’ you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and that the person collecting or receiving the goods is over the age of 18.
We reserve the right not to accept an order. We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.
All prices displayed on this website are in pound sterling are inclusive of UK VAT at the rate current at the date of the order.
We reserve the right to amend prices, offers, goods and specification of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Shipping
If shipping is applicable to your order, this will be calculated on the checkout page. Shipping for wine is based on number of bottles:
1-2 bottles £7.95
2-5 bottles £9.95
6 - 12 £12.95
13+ £15.95
We aim to dispatch all online purchases within 5 working days but we cannot make any guarantees regarding delivery dates.
If you miss a delivery our courier may leave a card asking you to make contact with them to rearrange delivery. Should you miss a second attempt the goods will be returned to Astley Vineyard. We can arrange a new delivery at an additional cost of your original delivery charge or you can receive a full refund minus the original delivery cost.
Returns
We are happy to provide a full refund for any faulty or damaged wines. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to the carrier at time of receipt and followed up in writing or by email to us within three days of receipt. We are unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period. We may require faulty wines to be returned to us.
