Booking & participation of any of our events is subject to the following Terms & Conditions;

• ​Full payment  for the event must be made in advance.

• If you cannot attend a booked event we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Those failing to attend a booked event without giving notice will not be entitled to a refund.

• We absorb booking fee's into our ticket price, therefore any cancellations entitled to a refund will be minus these fees.
