A beautifully lifted and elegant red, showing the pale colour and fragrant aromatics typical of Poulsard. Notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, rose petal, and subtle spice lead into a fresh, silky palate with fine tannins and lively acidity. Light on its feet yet full of character, with a savoury mineral edge and a graceful finish.

The Poulsard 2024 comes from old vines rooted in marl-limestone soils and was harvested by hand to preserve the delicacy of the fruit. After careful sorting, the grapes underwent gentle extraction and fermentation with natural yeasts, followed by ageing designed to retain the variety’s purity, brightness, and supple texture. The estate’s low-intervention philosophy allows the transparency and charm of Poulsard to shine through.

Based in the Vignoble de Vernantois, a small and quietly emerging enclave within the Côtes du Jura, Domaine Christophe et Yoann Perrin is one of only three producers in the village. Founded in 1998 by Christophe Perrin, the eight-hectare estate is now led by his son Yoann Perrin, who joined in 2022 after gaining experience in Burgundy. The domaine’s marl and limestone soils, together with Jura’s cool continental climate, bring freshness, structure, and a distinctive saline character to the wines.
