Dominique Hauvette started making wine in 1988. Dominique now has 17 hectares of vines and an international reputation for making benchmark natural wines. Since the beginning she worked organically in the vineyard and the cellar. Her main idea is to focus her energy in the vineyard to get the healthiest grapes and let the wine make itself. The whole process is done with a lot of rigor and sensitivity. In 2019, Hauvette was awarded a third star in the guide “Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France” by the Revue des vins de France, the highest grade.
Cornaline is a very powerful, rich, and generous wine, with black fruits, chocolate and sweet spices. It needs time to reveal its full potential.
