Ollieux Romanis is a magnificent property with a huge winery nestling at the centre of its vines. The winery and wine cellar were built in 1896; these buildings were built from stone quarried from within the property and they still stand proud today.
Pruned in an elongated gobelet style. During winter, grass is allowed to grow, providing natural grazing for their sheep. Composted manure is spread to revitalise the soil. Neither weed killers nor synthetic fertilisers have been used in the family estate for the past 20+ years.
The wine shows a complex aromatic palette with aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers. The palate is full bodied but remains incredibly refreshing.
