From a special dry-farmed heritage vineyard on the slopes of the Bottelary Hills. The wine has a pithy electricity, over pure tropical fruit reflecting the cool site and character of the 35 year old vines, all rounded off with 7 months oak aging giving lots of depth and complexity.
