Pedro is based in Valencia and works with old (50-110 yrs) organic vineyards in Murcia, Jaen and Valencia. Work is founded on the principles of biodynamic agriculture, although Pedro has been taken this one step further, the project having been ndescribed as ‘multi-dynamic agriculture ́.

Red, black fruit and a slightly toasted wood aroma. On the palate the wine is full with gentle tannins and fruit flavours on the finish.
