This English Blanc de Blancs, crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for three years, displays fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate golden hue. The nose offers aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and toasted brioche. On the palate, vibrant citrus and orchard fruit mingle with creamy texture and subtle nuttiness, leading to a long, elegant finish with a refined mineral edge.
